HTC Droid DNA review(www.engadget.com)

HTC Droid DNA review
Guanine, adenine, thymine, cytosine... Android? The Droid DNA -- the latest addition to Verizon's Droid series -- may not contain any actual nucleotides (that we know of), but that doesn't make this HTC-made superphone any less of a powerhouse. On the contrary, we've been eyeballing this handset with eager anticipation ever since it first launched in Japan as the J Butterfly; much like its counterpart from the Land of the Rising Sun, the DNA boasts a jaw-dropping 5-inch, 1080p display. But while that may be the headliner-worthy feature, you certainly can't go wrong with a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and 2GB of RAM taking charge behind the scenes, along with an ImageSense camera and other top-notch specs.

Lenovo's upcoming five-inch 1080p phone to feature dual-SIM connectivity(www.engadget.com)

DNP Lenovo also working on a 1080p smartphone in the 5inch area
By now you should already know that HTC, Sharp and Oppo share a common theme: 1080p display on their five-inch phones. As it turns out, Lenovo also wants in on the VIP list. Spotted on Sina Weibo earlier this week (but have since been deleted) are the above three screenshots showing off Lenovo's customized Android UI in 1080p glory. As with many phones in China these days, the device in question supports dual-SIM connectivity -- the screenshots indicate that it's connected to China Telecom's CDMA2000 network and China Mobile's 2G network simultaneously.

Kindle Fire HD 8.9-Inch First Impressions: Is This the Comfiest Big Tablet?(www.gizmodo.com)

The Kindle Fire 8.9 just showed up on our doorstep. It looks as lovely as we remember it. And instead of banging out a half-baked review in a day or two, we're giving you our quick impressions of it, and will chime in with a full review later.
The first thing you notice is how much nicer the 8.9-inch tablet is to hold one-handed than a 10-inch tablet (and especially compared to the 11.6-inch convertibles). That's partially because of the largeish bezel, which makes it nice to hold. But because of that, partially, it's not small in the way the iPad Mini is. The Mini feels like a really big small tablet, while this one is more of a small big tablet. Comics, for example, are totally readable without zooming in.

HTC Droid DNA Review: Verizon’s Big, Beautiful Beast(www.engadget.com)

AT&T has the One X. Sprint has the EVO 4G LTE. But it's been a long while since Verizon customers had an HTC flagship to call their own.
The Droid DNA would very much like to grab that mantel, please. And it's got about every spec a geek could ask for. As we know, specs don't always add up to a great device, but then again, sometimes they do.

Review: Apple iPhone 5(www.bgr.in)

To say that the iPhone 5 is the most anticipated smartphone of the year is an understatement. It is perhaps the smartphone people have waited for two years especially after Apple launched the iPhone 4S last October, which was physically identical to the iPhone 4. At the same time, one has to admit that buying the latest iPhone is not a no-brainer anymore.
