Apple also announced that it will offer users in these countries to purchase iTunes Match, a $25 annual subscription that stores the iTunes version of the user’s complete music library in iCloud irrespective of where the user purchased or downloaded the tracks from.
What’s heartbreaking is the fact that Apple has not included India in this list. We understand that Apple hasn’t been able to crack a deal with Indian music and movie labels to come on the iTunes Store, though we have not heard anything officially from either Apple or the labels. We are still hopeful that Apple would bring the iTunes Store in India pretty soon.
