HTC starts rolling out Ice Cream Sandwich update for Sensation XL AND XE

HTC has started the Ice Cream Sandwich roll out for the Sensation XE and the Sensation XL in India. According to image posted by the folks at Install or Not, the update is 196.53 MB in total, which is line with the Ice Cream Sandwich update size Sony is rolling out for the Xperia S.
Last month HTC had updated its Android 4.0 update timeline which included both the Sensation smartphones, but notably it stated that the update will not include the latest version of Sense UI 4.0, but it will offer an older version of its Sense skin called Sense 3.6.
HTC claimed this was due to the limited amount of ROM on the older devices, so it will be interesting to see how the Sensation XL and the Sensation XE perform after the update to Ice Cream Sandwich as we have already seen devices like the Xperia Ray get train wrecked by the update to Android 4.0
