Motorola is likely to launch the Razr Max Android smartphone on June 24 if online retailer Infibeam is to be believed. The online retailer has already opened pre-orders for the device, and is charging Rs 31,999 for the device.
For those who don’t know the Razr Max is basically the Motorola Razr, but in much thicker casing that houses an enormous 3,300 mAh battery, which arguably makes it the longest lasting Android smartphone in the world.
As far as specs are concerned the device features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advance display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels, a 8-megapixel camera which can shoot 1080p video, 16GB of internal memory and a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB of storage.
The device is slated to ship with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but Motorola is promising an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
