Earlier this week Apple announced its annual update to iOS, which brings in a slew of
new features
including Apple’s own maps in lieu of Google Maps, deep Facebook
integration and much more. While the new OS will be available on all
devices that Apple is still retailing (including the three-year-old
iPhone 3GS!) not all features will be supported by older devices like
the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPad 2. If you have one of these devices,
check out which features will be available on your device once iOS 6 is
available later this year.
iPhone 4
- Apple Maps will be available but without turn-by-turn navigation and Flyover
- No support for Siri
