Micromax’s
Bling line of devices have always targeted the fashion conscious. These
devices are known to don Swarovski Crystals and the company’s latest
X44 Bling also does the same albeit at a super low price point of Rs
3,000.Apart from being, er, ‘bling’ thanks to Swarovski Zirconia, the X44 Bling includes Dual-Sim capabilities, a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 2-megapixel rear camera and stereo FM radio. Other features include a video player, Bluetooth, 512MB of internal memory plus a microSD slot that accommodates cards up to 8GB. Micromax claims its 950mAh battery can provide up to 8 hours of talktime and up to 10 days of standby time.
Micromax has preloaded its M! Zone and M! Store on the device, so users can download applications on it too. Notably, the X44 Bling features quite a different candy bar design from the first generation Bling phone, which flaunted a swivel form-factor. Micromax had also launched an Android variant called Bling 2 last year.
