Micromax launches the A57 Superfone Ninja 3 for Rs 4,999

Micromax has launched the A57 Superfone Ninja 3 in India for Rs 4,999. The phone is an entry level Android smartphone powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It also perhaps becomes the cheapest phone come equipped with a Qualcomm processor clocked at 1GHz.

Other features of the phone include a 3.5-inch display with a HVGA resolution, a 3-megapixel camera, 512 MB of ROM, 256 MB of RAM, interchangeable back covers, microSD card support, a 1,400 mAh battery and dual-SIM support.
The Superfone Ninja 3 seems poised to take on the iBall Andi 3e that costs slightly more, however it looks like Superfone Ninja 3 could have a decisive advantage in terms of performance as it has a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, but its worth mentioning that the Superfone Ninja does not support 3G networks like its competitor.
