ZTE announces Grand X Android smartphone

ZTE has announced its Grand X smartphone, which runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and is powered by Nvidia Tegra 2 SoC. This, we are told, will be the company’s flagship smartphone.
Other features of the device include a 4.3-inch qHD display with a resolution 960×540 pixels and a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. ZTE also plans to add to the Grand series of smartphones with devices using quad-core ARM chips in addition to Intel mobile chips as well as LTE models for select markets.
Notably, the Grand X is the first device is the Grand series to be launched outside of China. As of now, no pricing details have been revealed and there is no word on a India launch but we expect it to happen sooner than later.
