iPhone 5, nano-SIM tray and home-button revealed

Reports have been flowing in suggesting that the iPhone 5 will feature a nano-SIM for sometime and today french website Nowhereelese.fr has posted images of a nano-SIM casing that it claims will be equipped in the iPhone 5. Additionally, the report also reveals a new home-button for the iPhone 5, which has a square shape rather than the traditional circular shape.
Previously, rumors have suggested that the iPhone 5 will feature a larger display, a slightly tweaked casing, and will adopt in-cell technology in the display. Besides this, the smartphone is also expected to support 4G LTE networks, NFC and will perhaps will be outfitted with 1GB of RAM and a a quad-core processor.
Recent reports have suggested that Apple is planning to host an event on September 12, which is barely a month away. Apart from the iPhone 5, Apple is expected to launch a new iPod Touch and perhaps also a iPad Mini. All these devices are expected to run on iOS 6.
