LG Nexus 4 announced, will be available on Google Play starting November 13

After a string of rumors and leaks and even a cancelled launch event, Google and LG have announced the Nexus 4. The Google Nexus 4 also becomes the first phone to run Android 4.2, which is also called Jelly Bean.
Hardware wise the Nexus 4 distinctively resembles its predecessor, the Samsung made Galaxy Nexus. That said, internally, the Nexus 4 is a completely
different animal as it is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, which is currently considered to be one of the fastest chips out there. Additionally, it has 2GB of RAM and features a 4.7-inch IPS display that has a resolution of 1280×768 pixels with Zerogap technology that totals to 320 ppi.
It has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megpaixel front facing camera. Google and LG talk about a new feature called Photo Sphere, which is presumably a new feature in Android 4.2 that allows panorama shots. Additionally, it has a 2,100 mAh battery developed by LG Chem. Memory wise, LG is being a little fickle as it only offers 8GB and 16GB versions with no microSD expansion slot.
Other features of the device include NFC and Wireless Charging. The Nexus 4 will be available online via Google Play in select markets on November 13 and Google says offline availability of the Nexus 4 will begin in late November for Asia, Central/South America, Europe, CIS and the Middle East.
