Micromax has launched the Funbook Talk Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in India for Rs 7,249. The 7-inch tablet comes with capacitive display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2,800 mAh battery and USB 2.0 connectivity. Notably, unlike the other Funbook tablets released by Micromax, users can make calls using the Funbook Talk.
As far as processing power is concerned, the Funbook Talk has a 1GHz ARM cortex A8 processor, 512 MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory. One can however upgrade the memory via a microSD card slot and it does not feature 3G connectivity, but supports USB 3G dongles.
Only yesterday Wickedleak launched the Wammy Desire which features an ARM Cortex A9 dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM and a Mali-400 GPU and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but all this is priced below Rs 7,000. However, users cannot make phone calls using the Wammy Desire.
