Micromax announces the Superfone Ninja 2 for Rs 5,999

Micromax has announced the Superfone Ninja 2 in India which is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The company is yet to announce the official release date of the device, but has said that the device will cost Rs 5,999. The device runs on a 800MHz single processor, 256MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM and features a 3.5-inch display with a HVGA resolution. Additionally, the device features a 3-megapixel camera and a 1,400 mAh battery.  The device also features Dual-Sim capabilities. Notably, the Superfone Ninja 2 will come pre-loaded with the ‘Aisha’ voice assistant app.
Previously, the company had launched the Superfone Ninja which also featured Dual-Sim capabilities and runs on a 650MHz processor. The original Superfone Ninja also had a slightly smaller 3.1-inch display and a lower resolution 2-megapixel camera.
