iPhone 5 internals leaked, show smaller dock connector & motherboard

Well, it’s the iPhone leak season and today french blog Nowhereelse has posted images of the iPhone 5 motherboard and the its new dock connector. From the looks of it the new motherboard, however the image just stopped short of revealing the processor thats going to power the iPhone 5. The motherboard also reveals the drawer for the nano-SIM and also the new dock connector.
In another post they take a closer look at the new dock connector, which will have 16-pins for distinct functions and it will perhaps not only feature on the iPhone but also the future generations of the iPad. There are 8 pins on either side, though it is rumored only 8 contacts would be used initially with the others left alone for features that might come in the future. One should note that these images may not represent the final product in its entirety, however it does give a fair insight to expect whats coming.
