Lenovo has launched its Android smartphone lineup in India. The company has launched five models that include the S880, S560, K860, p700i, and the A60.
The S880 is a dual-SIM model that has a large 5-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, 4 GB of ROM, a microSD card slot, a 5-megapixel camera, 0.3-megapixel front facing camera, a 2,250 mAh, a 1GHz MediaTek processor and it runs of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It costs Rs
18,999.
The S560 is also a dual-SIM model and it has a 4-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of ROM, a microSD card slot, 1GHz dual-core processor, 0.3-megapixel front facing camera, a 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 2,000 mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.0 and it costs Rs 14,499.
The K860 is the flagship model and it is a quad-core monster with an Exynos processor clocked at 1.4GHz at its heart. Mind you, this the same chip that was used in the Samsung Galaxy S III. Additionally, it has 5-inch display with a 720p resolution, a 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and a 2,250 mAh battery. It also runs of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and it costs Rs 28,499.
The p700i has a 4-inch WVGA screen, a 1GHz dual-core processor, dual-SIM capabilities, 5-megapixel camera, 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and a massive 2,500 mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and it comes for Rs 12,599.
The A60 is the cheapest of the lot at Rs 6,499. It has a 3.5-inch HVGA display, a 1GHz processor, 256 MB of RAM, 512 MB of internal memory, a 2-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, dual-SIM standby, and a 1,500 mAh battery. It runs on Android 2.3 gingerbread.
