RIM offers 1 year free BBM service with BlackBerry Curve 9220, 9320 as a Diwali offer

RIM is offering one-year free BBM service with the purchase of new BlackBerry Curve 9220, 9320 handsets. This plan is only going to be applicable to between November 9 and December 9 as a part of a
Diwali offer.
On paper this may sound like a sweet deal, but there is a caveat to the deal. The customer will not only have to get a new Curve handset, but also a new Airtel or Vodafone connection.
Airtel subscribers will need to message ‘BBM’ to 543210 to activate the service. On the other hand, Vodafone will have the service automatically activated within 48 hours after the phone is started with the new SIM.
