Infosys setting up massive facility for Apple in Bangalore: Report

Infosys is setting a massive facility for Apple in Bangalore if a report from the Times of India is to be believed.  According to the report, Infosys has rented a 1.40 lakh sqft office near its own headquarters in Electronics City to exclusively house Apple employees. Reportedly, the campus will house around 1,400 employees.
Previously, Apple CIO NeilO’Connor had met the Infosys management in January and rumours suggested Apple was looking to outsource more to Indian companies.
Infosys has also reported contributed to the iCloud, Apple’s cloud service which unveiled last year by Steve Jobs, Apple’s late co-founder who passed away last October. Additionally, Infosys has developed applications for Apple Retail Store 2.0 that was launched last year and has also contributed to the design framework of iOS.
