iPad with kickstand, old iPhone prototypes surface in patent lawsuit between Apple and Samsung

The on-going Apple and Samsung trial is revealing a lot of juicy internal information. Perhaps some of it would not have ever made it to the public domain if it had not been for the trail. The latest triage includes the revelation of an iPad prototype with a kickstand and an iPhone prototype numbered N90, according to a report by The Verge.
The iPad prototype, in particular, is of interest because it not only has a kickstand but also appears to have a 16:9 model and has the iPod branding on the back.
The iPhone prototype on the other hand has eight diagonal corners that lend it a very unique design, perhaps even more unique than the current generation iPhone 4/4S design.  Another slim iPhone prototype with the designation N90 has also been revealed and dates back as far back as 2004.
