All apps in Microsoft’s new Office are synced with SkyDrive, enabling users to access their documents on any device anywhere. As with Windows 8, users can sign in to their accounts and get their own settings across Office apps. Considering it is made for Windows 8, it accepts multiple inputs including touch, keyboard and pen (stylus) inputs.
Outlook now also syncs with Facebook and LinkedIn, making it more social. Word has a new read mode that clears away all the clutter. By giving an option to save files in Skydrive or SharePoint, users can share documents and work on them simultaneously in a group across devices.
