BlackBerry 10 Aristo to have quad-core Krait SoC: Report

The story of the BlackBerry 10 L-series and N-series smartphones is quite well documented. We have seen numerous leaks and we have even seen an internal marketing video, so both these phones are not unknown entities.
A new device called the Aristo has surfaced which will supposedly be the successor to the L-series and will lead the charge for another new series called the A-Series according to Rapidberry.
The report talks about a new internal RIM spec sheet that lists out the feature set of the new device. Notably, it is said that the phone will rock a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chip, a 4.65-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory with an additional 16GB microSD card slot and will have a massive 2,800 mAh battery.
Frankly, the only phone that manages to match the spec sheet prowess of this phone is the LG Optimus G, which was recently unveiled at IFA. So it looks like RIM is not only gunning for the high-end, but it is going no-holds-barred after the Android spec-sheet parade.
Perhaps the biggest positive out here is the size of the battery which is indeed very large, and this could lend the Aristo a battery life advantage, something for which BlackBerry smartphones are well known for.
