Samsung Galaxy S III up for pre-order on Saholic for Rs 39,990

Last night, we broke the news that the Samsung Galaxy S III could hit the shelves by June 8 for Rs 39,990. Today, online retailer Saholic has more or less confirmed our report as it has put up the Galaxy S III for pre-order for exactly Rs 39,990, the price we had predicted.

While the posting on Saholic does not say when the device will ship, it does intimate that, that the device will be shipped after four business days after arrival. We believe the device will be available on the June 8, with Samsung holding the launch event on May 31, in New Delhi.
As we already know, the Galaxy S III is a powerhouse and it features a number of class leading features such as a 1.4GHz Quad Core Exynos processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.8-Inch Super AMOLED HD display, multiple storage options, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video and zero shutter lag, Android 4.0 and software features like S-Voice, S-Beam, Smart Stay and Pop up play.
