HTC announces Desire V, an Android ICS smartphone with dual-SIM

Apparently HTC has today announced a dual-SIM Android ICS smartphone, the Desire V, in Ukraine. We are not sure about its availability outside Eastern Europe but we would be surprised it HTC does not launch it in other countries, including India, considering there are not many (if any) dual-SIM smartphones above Rs 20,000.
The Desire V features two SIM card slots, one supports GSM/GPRS only while the other supports HSPA. It sports a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage with microSD card slot and the usual array of connectivity options. Other features include a 4-inch WVGA display, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, FM radio and Beats Audio tech. There is no word on pricing or availability in India, yet.
