This could be the $200 Google Nexus tablet Asus is prepping for Google I/O [update]

Could this be the much rumored $200 Nexus tablet that Asus was planning to build with Google? The images do look legit and it seems the tablet is headed to be showcased during Google I/O later this month.
PhoneArena, which got the images, claims it will run on Nvidia’s Tegra 3 processor with 1GB of RAM. However, its source claims it won’t be running Android Jelly Bean, which is the rumored next version of Android that is expected to be showcased at Google I/O and would rather feature Android 4.1. Probably, the next version of Android is not that big an update to warrant Android 5.0 but it still could be called Jelly Bean.
From the front the Nexus tablet (the name has not been finalized, yet) looks very similar to the Galaxy S III and even features an earpiece, which has us a little confused and wary about these pictures. Could Google be bringing voice calling to Android tablets by default? All this and more will be revealed at Google I/O later this month.
UPDATE: Our suspicions have been proven correct and it looks like these images could be Photoshopped. Hat tip to Gurpreet Bedi for spotting it!
