Apple iOS 6 tweak shows UI of next iPhone with taller display

We have been subjected to all sorts of leaks revolving around the iPhone 5 but all of them invariably point to the next iPhone having a taller 4-inch display. The general consensus has been that the new iPhone will have a 640×1136 pixel display, ensuring that the device remains as wide as the current iPhone 4S but it slightly taller to accommodate the extra 176 pixels. This had been just one of the few lines of thoughts about how Apple would implement a bigger display, but now it can be confirmed from the most recent iOS 6 beta 4 release.
A simple tweak in the XCode development application shows how iOS would handle the taller display. 9to5Mac notes that the next iPhone would get five rows of icons on the homepage instead of the four we currently get and apps would scale accordingly to take advantage of the extra display real estate.
